Welcome to Play Space

What is Play Space?A place where nostalgia meets reimagination, Play Space is an immersive art experience that invites visitors to reach into the depths of their memories and view them from a both the grand sensation of childlike wonder and great the despair that naturally comes with nostalgia.

Working within the realm of capturing childhood, Play Space explores how nostalgia is imagined and reimagined through and asks visitors to open themselves up to remembering their own nostalgia as well as to make new memories to potentially grow nostalgic about in future years to come.Play Space will be presenting the work of Mandy Tran, Samuel Densmore, Steele Alden, Sydney Haswell and Q Savoy. Please join us on May 10th-May 12th to view this world through the lens of our artists and of course, through the looking glass of your very own perception. Play Space will have its grand opening on May 10th between 12:30pm-1:30pm and we invite you to join us to experience this space with beverage, food and of course the art that seeks to seize nostalgia in its wake.

Dear Stranger,Hi there! If you're reading this, Play Space is long over. What you see here now is merely a documentation of what once was. Please feel free to explore our site and see what was. For the most part, the site is intact. The only page originally on the site that is now missing is the "Visit Us" page which detailed how to arrive at the original location if you're curious.Thank you for reading and thank you to everyone who showed up in support of the exhibit and I hope that we can create more spaces like this in the future.- Ozias Lapsys, Curator of Play Space

The Exhibition

Now that Play Space is over, we are left with the nostalgia of the space itself. What remains is the stories we have and the pictures we took. Thank you for taking the time to see our space.
